Buyer's Premiums, administrative fees, and other applicable charges may also be subject to sales tax. It is the bidder's responsibility to provide all required exemption documentation before invoicing is finalized. Failure to provide proper documentation may result in sales tax being charged. Agricultural and resale exemptions must be supported by proper documentation. Out-of-state buyers remain responsible for complying with tax laws in their home state. TAX EXEMPT?
